Hi! We have one rooms available in a 4bed/2bath house in the Cambrian Park/Branham neighborhood in San Jose.

My housemates and I are UC Irvine and SJSU grads. We are in our 20s, female working professionals, and are seeking 1 female working professionals around our age to fill both rooms by March 1, 2024.

Rent is 937.50 with $900 deposit

Room have access to a shared bathroom (3 housemates will share 1 bathroom)

Leasing details:

• 1 year lease
• tenants will be financially responsible for the room starting on 03/01/2024
• utilities (PGE/water/wifi): ~$50-100 depending on the season
• one time application fee which includes credit check and background check

Requirements (Non-negotiable)

• Female working professional
• No couples

• in unit washer & dryer
• bedrooms are unfurnished
• lots of storage space and big backyard
• gardening is handled by the property manager
• Must be okay with cats; roommate has a cat in the home
• plenty of street parking; there are two spots right in front of the house
• 5-10min drive to Los Gatos and Campbell
• 5 min drive to Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Safeway, Costco, Sprouts

I’m Ally and I graduated from UC Irvine in 2020 and now work in business operations at a tech company! I go to sleep around 10:30-midnight and wake up at 6-8 am ish depending on the day or if it’s a weekend! In my free time I like to go to spin classes, yoga, go thrifting, reading, & hanging out w friends!!

I’m Samaria, I graduated from SJSU in 2021. I currently work in higher education. In my free time I like to go to the gym, read, and hang out with friends. I have a 1 yr old cat named Xylo. I’m usually in bed by 10pm and up around 7-8AM
