Room for rent. You must currently be employed. Preferably a woman with good communication. The bathroom, kitchen and living room are shared with two housemates. Cleanliness of the room and the house is required to maintain a cooperative and desirable living environment. The room is furnished but you can bring your own furniture for the room if desired. Sometimes dogs visit here. Preferred that you like animals. Must take care of the electric bill since the other housemates take care of other utilities. Monthly room rent is $600. $400 deposit required. A contract is made to secure the return of the deposit if there is no damage to the property. The neighborhood is quiet and the house has very good lighting. It is 4 minutes from downtown and Utep. It has a bus stop nearby.

Habitación en renta. Actualmente debe tener un trabajo laboral. Preferiblemente mujer con buena comunicación. El baño, la cocina y la sala se comparte con dos compañeras de casa. La limpieza de la habitación y de la casa es requerida para una estancia social mente deseable entre todos los compañeros. La habitación está amueblada pero pueden traer sus muebles para la habitación si es deseado. Algunas veces ahí visitas de perros. Preferencia que le gusten los animales. Se debe de hacer cargo de la factura eléctrica ya que los otros compañeros se hacen cargo de lo demás. Alquiler de la habitación mensual es de $600 Se requiere un depósito de 400. Se hace contrato para seguridad de devolución del depósito si no ahi daños en en la propiedad.

El barrio es tranquilo y la casa tiene muy buena iluminación. Queda a 4 minutos de downtown y Utep. Tiene cerca una paraba de bus.
