My home is a 2 story, 2k square ft home with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms located in the Sierra Montana neighborhood in Surprise, Az. Our neighborhood block is really friendly with not a significant amount of traffic. We are located within 2 miles of a Fry’s Walmart, Costco, Safeway, and a plethora of restaurants. Your room is the second largest in the home and your bathroom is private with a double vanity. You would have access to the living spaces and the fully stocked kitchen as well. There is a 2 car garage with space for 1 small vehicle in addition to mine.

I am a 33 year old woman with a long term career in healthcare. I am friendly, somewhat silly/quirky, and very easy to get along with. I enjoy reading, movies, board/card/dice/video games, and great company. I have 2 children, both boys, who are 9 and 13 and both live in the home most of the time, but not full time. My 13 year old loves Pokemon cards and video games; my 9 year old is obsessed with legos. I had a 6 year old service dog who is super sweet and will 100% adopt you if you let her! She is well socialized and gets along with other dogs of all sizes, so I am open to my ideal roommate having a dog. My boys also love dogs so there will be no shortage of pets and scratches! Cats are hit or miss, my dog likes some and abhors others, so if you have one we would have to introduce them first to see which it would be.
