Grand Avenue

Hi, I’m looking for someone to take over the last few months of my lease. It would be from March 1st to July 31st. You would have your own bedroom and share the bathroom and living space with my current roommate. The bedroom is a big room for an apartment. It has two windows but is not furnished. The kitchen has all major appliances except for a dishwasher. Utilities are included in the price. We are walking distance from Cal Poly and downtown. There isn’t in unit laundry but the complex has a laundry room.

You would be living with my roommate Gracie. She is a young professional (22) who just graduated from Cal Poly with a degree in Architectural Engineering. She works full time and likes to have the apartment be pretty lowkey when she gets home from work. We are looking for another young professional who is respectful of her busy lifestyle.
