Hi all! I have one (unfurnished) bedroom in my 3bd/1bath Noe Valley apartment becoming available mid-April. I’m looking for someone who is planning to stay at least until September.

A little about the apartment: -Classic Noe Valley Victorian built in 1905 -Walking distance to 24th St. cafes and restaurants + the Twin Peaks, Kite Hill, Corona Heights Park, and Glen Canyon Park -In-apartment washer/dryer -Big beautiful shared backyard -10 mins walking distance from Muni Castro Station and the Castro neighborhood + two blocks away from stops for the 48/35/24 bus lines

It’s $1335/month for the room without utilities factored in (we pay for gas and electric, but not water). We don’t have official parking spots, but street parking is pretty easy here. You don’t need a street parking permit.

A little about me: I’m about to graduate law school and I’m currently job hunting / prepping for the bar. I have three cats who are the sweetest little babies, and they would be your roommates as well. *Please note we can’t have any more pets, sorry!

It’s important to me that my house is a safe, clean, and cozy space. My current roommates and I have a weekly chore rotation for cleaning our communal spaces and I’d like to keep that going, if possible. I also personally do some extra sweeping/cleaning on top of those chores on account of my kitties.

Part of having a safe and cozy home is having good relationships with my roommates. I don’t mind whether we just co-exist or become friends, but I do prefer that you have solid communication skills and that we can amicably resolve any issues that may arise due to differences in living preferences or whatnot.

I’ve lived with people of all genders and orientations, so I’m not picky about that. What matters most to me is that our living preferences/lifestyles generally align when it comes to cleanliness and communication.

There is one other roommate, Caroline, who is gone most of the time. She works out of the home and travels a lot. Her girlfriend comes to stay with us 1 weekend per month.
