We have an available room for $850! Utilities is not included and averaged about $50-$60 per month - each person. WiFi is $15 each. Bathroom is shared periodically based on availability. We have a pool that is available for use. Washer and dryer. Gated house with remote access. Very close to downtown Claremont.

The room has patched holes and is available to paint the choice of your color (we’re willing to help you too!). If you choose not to paint, we will take a sample of the current color and paint over the patches for you.

Two roommates currently living here looking for a third. Both contain corporate positions with corporate hours (gone all day and early bed times). Looking for someone clean and respectful. We value and appreciate communication in the household. We host small game nights every few months and enjoy fun activities! Join our home!!
