About the room
The rent is $175/week includes all utilities and wireless internet .Total move-in fee is $605 ($430 is a refundable deposit and 1st weeks rent of $175.
The room has a bed, small dresser, TV, lamp and small fridge. Also has a small closet. This is a SHARED bathroom. Living room has 2 comfortable sofa and 50“ TV. You will have access to the kitchen, living room and pool area anytime. Rooftop viewing area with incredible views of Red Rocks, Sunrise Mtn & 7-Hill Mtns(Henderson), the roof has a table with chairs for comfort.
The house is centrally located, Maryland Pkway is very close and has the Boulevard Mall with many restaurants and retail stores. Also close are many buslines and 203 Desert Inn, 109 Maryland Pkwy and 110 Eastern Ave.
Also there is a 60lb dog here, so hopefully not allergic, no other pets allowed at this time.. sorry
