South Dayton Way

This cozy room is fully furnished, with a walk-in closet, desk for work/study, and with hardwood flooring. The place is inside of a condominium with a pool and hot tub (open during the summer), right next to the trail and creek for a nice run/walk. I’m looking for a long term roommate for this room, someone who is nice, clean, and respectful. This would be a shared bathroom with a private room rental and you’re expected to keep room, bathroom, and common areas clean as it’s a long term stay.

Other roommates will vary, but the typical roommate we have in the house are young professionals with full time jobs just looking for a place to rest, relax, and get the best of what Denver has to offer.
