2nd Street Southwest

The apartment is in Woodridge (https://www.woodridgeonsecond.com/) and comes with with an adorable little black golden doodle rat terrier. The complex has unlimited parking out front, free coffee, outdoor pool, lounge/party space, gym, study area, and other cool amenities. It’s a 5-7 min drive to both Mayo campuses, and the West Lot is located directly across the street so no need for a car. Cascade Lake is also right across the street - makes for a beautiful walk / run. We plan to move to a replica apartment in the same unit that has 3BR to lower our rent expense. Expecting rent to be ~ $600 per month. We have wifi and electric set up, apartment will be furnished (room needs to be furnished). Move in date within the next month or 2, lease signed until July. We plan to renew for the following year.

We’re a nurse and an engineer who met 6 months ago while apartment hunting. We’re athletic (will motivate you to workout), enjoy cooking, and meeting new ppl. We work different schedules, mainly days and evenings.
