Private room for rent

Hi guys! This is a furnished room in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The room comes with a twin-sized bed. It’s a 3 bedroom condo with 1 shared bathroom. 8 minutes drive to cook/douglass campus, only a 3 min drive to Starbucks, ShopRite, Walmart, and so much more! We do have a friendly chill cat so please be cat friendly! We are both Rutgers students, I am a psych and education major. My roommate daisy is a bio major going on pre-med track. We are both clean and tidy, enjoy cooking and watching tv together when we have spare time, though we are usually on campus or studying in our rooms (: we are looking for someone to sublease this place to starting next month until at least August, maybe even longer. The water and sewer is covered! All we have to split is the WiFi and electricity
Daisy would be the one moving out for a while :( so I’m looking for someone to take over her spot for now :)
