Looking to rent out or team up.

Offering the second bedroom in a roommate style two bedroom one bath.

This unit is a gem and I need a roommate to stay here.

It is nice and bright during the day. The neighbors are great.

It’s near but not to close to the laundry facility, pool, mailboxes and package pickup.

I have been here for a year and haven’t had issues with the complex. No issues at all. No bugs, no leaks, no smells, no noise other than landscapers (yes landscapers! there is so much grass and trees it’s a delight listening to the wind move through the leaves.)

I love it here. Hoping to find someone else who is conscientious and considerate of others, who will enjoy the space as much as I do.

I’m a laid back dude trying to stay in this place after the ex moves out. I don’t mind hanging out and I’m comfortable keeping to myself.

I have a cat, Tony. He is a brat but sweet and gentle and kind. He is so full of personality.

I keep a pretty regular daytime schedule. I spend my time at home reading or on the computer. I like to take Tony on walks around the complex (yep, it’s just as cool as it sounds).

I am curious and interested about everything. I hope I stay that way for a long time.
