Hello there, I am renting my spare room out. The rent is $750 flat a month (with utilities included -lights,water,gas, Wifi). Written contract up to 6-12 months available. Parking available, security cameras around home, Wifi, and quiet neighborhood; in this safe older model comfortable home. We will share bathroom (with our own shelf closet space), kitchen, dinner, living room area. It’s a must clean behind yourself in these areas of the home (plus your room). I’m looking for “only one” individually that’s drama free, clean, quiet, drug free, respectful, and trustworthy. Located NW area near downtown 45 and 610. Home is near bus route :)

I work 2 part time jobs and one of them is remote. It will just be myself living in the home. That’s respectful, quiet, clean, and stay to myself. I am passionate and firm on keeping my life safe and where I lay my head far away from negativity. *Must be single or dating only one person. *No pets and children (caged pets are fine). *No random people in and out this SAFE home. *No bugs and would like it to keep it that way ♥️ please.
