Ed's room

Located 15 minutes walk from university of north Texas. This is a brick/tile home built in the 80s in a quite neighborhood with a decent amount of parking space around it. Water, power, and internet are included in the cost of rent.

There are currently two other rooms being rented in the house. Both by middle aged men that are friendly and mostly keep to themselves. The home is owned by an elderly Hispanic women who’s not great with English and her son.
