North Hyde Park Avenue

Very close to downtown Durham quiet neighborhood. Room is on the smaller side but has direct access to a bathroom and good light. The house has a security system installed with a doorbell camera working washer and dryer on site

I work 40+ hours a week at a restaurant as a chef and stay cery busy. I have a 10 year old dog named Peyton and 8 chickens that live in the backyard. I keep the house very clean especially the kitchen and living room which I always want to be clean and organized. I work nights and typically have Sundays off that’s when I will be at home most.
