Looking for a new roommate to sublet a room in a 2 bed, 1 bath basement apartment in Norwood Park. Near Devon/Newark. (I know it’s not a hot/sought after area but it’s VERY safe and quiet!) $675 a month with utilities averaging around $100. Though I’m willing to negotiate paying more on my end to account for someone’s commute. Near the Norwood Park metra station and the 68 bus & the 423 bus. Also nearby- Walgreens, Shop & Save, Consume Cannabis, Blaze & Grill, and two local vets within walking distance. Dog/Cat friendly with a one time pet fee. I have 2 small dogs- a Miniature Dachshund, Moosetracks, and a Pug, Cannoli. 1 has been around cats, 1 has not but shes really docile. Laundry in building, we each have assigned laundry days and have access to the machines all day. Gas fireplace in living room. Huge eat in kitchen.

A bit about myself. Im 29 and pretty introverted but won’t shut up about my dogs/trashy reality shows. I work full time with dogs and in my spare time I like to bake, play video games, and watch shows with my pups. I like to keep common areas clean. I have hulu, disney+, and philo im willing to share.
