Second bedroom in my apartment is available for rent starting 07/29/2024. Looking for a fellow lady that is respectful of me and our shared living space including keeping it clean. You have your own vanity room, and we share the shower (1.5 bath). Apartment has a balcony, pool, gym, and walking area. $560/mo + electric (we split in half). Wifi included in rent.
