Not looking to move in any couples. Preferably females only. The available room will be empty. There are two bathrooms with baths in the house, so you will have your own bathroom. We’ll be splitting utilities and internet. Looking for a neat roommate who will clean up after themselves as well as pitch in in cleaning duties. I like to keep the shared space clean and organized. I live by Mon-Fri workdays schedule, relaxing on weekends. 420 friendly. Smoking is outside only. I have recently installed Reverse Osmosis for fresh drinking water.

Hello! I work full time from home. I dont have any pets yet, but I am planning to get a small dog by the end of this year. My current roommate is moving out so I am looking to move someone in.
