Hi, I own a home just over the Stuart border in Hobe Sound. I live in a gated community. The home is very spacious With much room for privacy. The room is furnished with a king size bed and is large. I have a tv in the room. All utilities included. The room has a private hallway with a bath. The shower is walk-in. I have upgraded stainless appliances and a gas stovetop. The washer and dryer are very new. I have a large screened in pool with large lanai and I overlook a lake. Great area for walking and biking. There is a golf course up the street. The beach is about 15 minutes. Close to shopping, highway, and restaurants. No pets, no smoking in or out, no overnight guests unless requested, no parties. Looking for a minimum of one year rental.

I am currently home full time. I am quiet and reserved. Currently busy studying for certification exams. I have a Maltese who is very friendly. I like to cook, play my baby grand piano, watch movies.
