Apartment is 1st floor of a house. 2 Bed / 1 Bath Washer & Dryer Dishwasher Decent size backyard (full access) & not shared. 1 Driveway spot to share but plenty of street parking, even in the summer months. Dog allowed Gas / Electric / Fios Internet (an additional $60-100 a month pp)

Hi, Tina here! 36 y/o single female. I work from home. Live a very active lifestyle. Health and fitness is my passion. I am very OCD and super organized and clean. Weekdays I am super regimented : work / fitness / bed - will turn up on the weekends. Love entertaining and having my space be a safe space for anyone who walks in my door - I like to call it my Zen Den. My current roomie is going to move in with her boyfriend and need someone whos a good match to replace her :(
