Maggie's room

This is a great 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in Bristol, CT, near the hospital. It’s somewhere around 800-900 sq ft. It has a dishwasher, tubs, two little porch areas and is on the 2nd floor. It is good enough space to where roommates wouldn’t feel on top of each other. Rent is 1865 and would be split between us, no utilities are included. Gas/electric is usually around 100-150 each and WiFi is 37.50 each. The only con I will say is that there is currently construction going on in the front of the complex which can be a little noisy.

I am a 27 year old, I work at a college and also waitress part time. I like to keep things tidy here and would love to work out a chore chart/system so we’re both feeling good in the place. I do smoke weed but I am and have been committed to keeping it to outside on the porch. I’m looking for a like-minded woman to split the cost of rent with and maybe be friends too.
