Nestled in a serene cul-de-sac, our home offers a tranquil living experience. We are on a quiet street and back up to the greenbelt. Do you like to jog or bike ride? You’re in luck! We are a block away from the brushy-creek trailhead!

We offer a large upstairs bedroom w/ living room, spanning ~500 ft², with a full bathroom upstairs. This space has a king-size bed, two nightstands, a spacious desk with a chair, and a cozy loveseat with a mounted smart TV. Three large windows look out across the backyard pool into the greenbelt. The bathroom is shared with the bedroom across the hall. The bathroom is professionally cleaned weekly.

The outdoor space includes a pool, hot tub, and grill. There are two fire pits, one is gas and one for wood. The back porch is entirely private and looks out over the greenbelt. We have a garden in the corner if you are interested in planting things.

Essential utilities are included, as well as high-speed internet and Mesh Wi-Fi. Work from outside or the pool—the Wi-Fi can handle it! The smart TV has Netflix, HBO, and Disney.

We have a maid service that cleans the common areas and bathrooms. All linens, paper products, laundry soap, ect all included.

The kitchen is a chef’s dream, with double ovens and all the necessary gadgets. We have a coffee pot, cappuccino maker, Insta-pot, knives, a cutting board, a food processor, etc.

The home is equipped with a keyless door entry for convenience, along with a Nest thermostat. The bedroom upstairs is hardwired for cat6 internet.

We have small pets in the home, so you must be okay with pets.

I am a data scientist/Analyst at Dell who now goes into the office 3-4 days a week. My husband works for a small IT company and is remote 80% of the time. We love to be outside when the weather permits. The hot tub and pool are fan favorites. We love to travel, do road trips, and go on cruises. We are both foodies who love to cook.
