Hi All! My name is Ally and I’m looking to rent out a room in my 2-bed, 1-bath apartment. The room is average sized (pics added - room is unfurnished) and the bathroom is shared. Really looking for another working professional that’s chill, respectful, and pays rent on time. Women/non-binary only for safety reasons. 10 mins from downtown phx, the airport, and right near the i10 and 202 - really great location. Rent is $800 including utilities , Open to short term stays (3-6mo) - $900/mo including utilities.

It’s currently just me - 30 year female and my kitty named Oldman! I’m clean, courteous, kind, and a great roommate. Would prefer to meet up prior to move in to ensure we’d be a great fit. Really hoping to find someone soon!
