Pompton Avenue

I’m getting ready to move out at the end of this month and am hoping for a replacement roommate who is cool, down to earth, cleans after themselves, that can move into the room I’ll be moving out of by March 31st. The upstair bedroom is 90 sq ft and will be unfurnished upon moving in. The rent is $900 per month plus 1/3 split of the utilities costs, no security deposit required.

The 850 sq ft 3 bedroom apartment is located on a busy part of Pompton Ave at Cedar Grove, NJ where you’ll find a grocery store (The Fresh Grocer) across the street, alongside a couple of restaurants, a CVS, Domino’s, a local library, etc, all along Pompton Ave and of walkable distance from our apartment.

It’s also a 10 minute drive away from the Willowbrook Mall and 5 minutes away from Montclair State University, with an easy bus commute to NYC via the 195 NJ Transit bus line that runs right through Pompton Ave which can take you to Port Authority (Times Square) within 40 minutes.

I’m an IT professional, self teaching myself web development and advance mathematics.

I have two other male roommates living with me.

I currently live with my uncle and our other roommate Jason. My uncle is a karate/swim instructor and is the coolest person I know, he plays Call of Duty and loves DC comics.

Jason is a new addition to the group. He works insane hours as an EMT but you’ll caught a glimpse of him every so often on the weekends.
