In addition, this is a gated community, has Amazon Hub locker, and more! This location is 2 minutes from I-5! There are plenty of nearby by gas stations, grocery stores, and more! The house is typically quiet, I do not throw parties, I may have family and friends come over occasionally, and I usually keep to myself.
