A bit about you: You like to walk up stairs, this is a 3story and you get the top floor so your buns will be happy. The kitchen has all brand new appliances including dishwasher and 6 burner stove, living room/ dining room, patio and rooftop. We have a brand new washer and dryer, ac/ heating. Street parking, close to many buses, walking distance to downtown Ballard, Safeway and Town and Country.
