This bedroom is in our basement with private access to that space and own bathroom. Has kitchenette, living space and laundry on that floor that we only use on occasion, it’s pretty much all private.

Need a quiet roomie that doesn’t mind living by themselves. We don’t allow access to the rest of the house. We are very friendly but just keep to ourselves and have this amazing place to rent.
