Luxury home in small gated community with tennis courts and private pool. Large serene backyard with Koi’s. Ensuite room with private bathroom and walk in closet. Rent includes all utilities. Negotiable in some credit for rent in exchange for work around the house and dog sitting when I’m traveling. I also own healthcare businesses that could exchange some rent for admin work as needed.

I’m a 54yr female, nonsmoker, quiet lifestyle, very meticulous in clean house, and work mostly at home. Three small dogs (two dachshunds and a mut). Looking to rent out one of my bedrooms with private bath to female preferably. Must be nonsmoker and no pets. Love them but can’t have anymore in the home. I tend to get along with other active people with quiet lifestyle.
