Private bedroom in a beautiful apartment located in a safe, peaceful, walkable neighborhood. The unit has 2 common rooms, a full kitchen, full bathroom, and in-unit washer and dryer. It’s within a leisurely 10 minute walk or 60 second drive to the heart of downtown Bethel which has a grocery store, coffee shop, record store, a couple book stores, library, train station, many restaurants, bars, a 24 hour gym, and anything else you could ever need! The apartment has gas heating and can be easily cooled down in the summer with a couple window a/c units. You and I will split electric, gas, and internet. Your room is shown in the last 2 pictures of this listing and comes with a walk-in closet.

Very accepting of every type of person there is and really just want the apartment to be a peaceful sanctuary to relax and unwind. Shared spaces are kept tidy and I always clean up after myself. Work schedule is typically 9 to 5, Mon to Fri. The landlord does not allow smoking inside though I myself am cannabis friendly and am cool with you having it around as long as you only smoke it outside.
