This is a very large 5 Bdrm, 4 Bath house. There is a beautiful yard with a pool, spa, waterfall and a guest house in back. The house is very clean, and we want to keep it that way. The huge kitchen is shared and has recently been remodeled with all “high-end” appliances and is completely equipped with everything needed. There is a 4-seat home theatre system, and you will have full house privileges except for other people’s rooms. Someone is always home and there is a monitored alarm system at the house. The room is about 12’ x 13’ with a private bath accessed from inside the room.

We are a diverse group and would eventually be a total of 6 people living in the main house, but with the size of the house it is easy to have alone time if desired. The age range is from a straight 33yo and his 26yo wife. Another self-employed male, living in one of the other rooms, so you would be the 6th person in the main house. We are semi-retired and in our 50s. My husband and our friend and wife are Hispanic (Mexican) and I am white, though we really don’t care what you look like and are open to most anybody (male preferred) that would be a good fit personality wise.
