All shared spaces are furnished. Tenants must only furnish his/her individual bedrooms. Only one person is allowed per bedroom. Bills include all utilities, trash, recycling, wifi, yard maintenance, and monthly house cleaning in shared spaces. Conditioned storage space available for additional fee upon request.
