Roomie's room

11x13 furnished bedroom in the downstairs of a split level home. Downstairs is 1 bedroom, laundry room, bathroom, kitchenette, refrigerator, and family room. Upstairs is living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and 3 bedrooms. The downstairs bathroom is “shared” in the sense that we use the toilet if we are downstairs, but you would be the only one showering or keeping toiletries in it. There is a refrigerator, microwave, and kitchenette area that you can use if wanted, but there is no cooking surface or dishwasher. You would have full use of the upstairs kitchen. I do keep a clean home and I expect the same from you. The property has a big yard, outdoor ping pong table, outdoor basketball hoop, a pool, and 4 car driveway. Close to 164th and the bus lines. Walking distance to Martha Lake, Mill Creek Town Center, and local nature preserves.

I’m a mom in her 50’s with one teenage son still at home and another son who visits from college regularly and for the summer. We have 2 medium size dogs who are total love bugs once they get to know you.
