Looking for a responsible adult to rent a room in a 4 bedroom home. This single one bedroom is perfect for college students, military personnel, or hard working adults. All utilities included in the rent of $825 per month. First months rent plus a deposit of $600 required at move-in. Located 2.3 miles from ODU. Cable included on the TV in the family room. Wi-Fi also included. We have ADT security with the Ring camera upgrades. Please contact for more information. The room is currently available to rent.
