This place is right across the street from a park! The room is 11.5 ft x 11.5 ft. Air conditioner included if you want it. Room is unfurnished and undecorated so you can make it your own! There is internet for the household and it only costs $20/month. Great reception from this room.

One female in her early 20s and a nonbinary feminine person in their early 20s. Both are super friendly and artistic people! There is a cat living here who is very sweet. Dogs and other animals are welcome but no other cats as Minerva is FIV positive and might transmit to other cats. Does not affect any other species however.
