This home has four bedrooms, two bedrooms on the main level and two bedrooms upstairs. Additionally, there is a basement apartment thats currently in the process of undergoing renovations for it to become its own independent living space.

On the main level there is: a full bath, living room, dining area, kitchen, dishwasher, and gas range

The available room is located on the second floor of the home: the bedroom has a lower ceiling height, as there is a triangular ceiling line. There is a half bathroom located just a few steps from the room. The half bathroom separates the two upstairs bedrooms. The staircase that leads you upstairs is very narrow.

Outside: there are gardening beds, and the laundry is located underneath a carport

We are three tenants in our mid-to-late twenties. One of us works from home, while the other two work outside the home. We each live independent lives and try to connect with one another when time allots.

Some of our interests: creating art, playing guitar, carpentry, swimming, kayaking, hiking, watching movies, hanging out with friends, gardening, and reading

We are seeking a roommate who is “left leaning” and respects and understands the queer, trans, BIPOC experience

We are seeking a roommate who sees the value in cleaning up after yourself and helping to keep the common spaces that you use clean. Someone who understands the need for open communication.
