About the room
The house is a 3 bed / 2 bath on a 1/2 acre lot with several large trees, located a few miles from the intersection of 109 and 52. I am looking to rent out 1 of the rooms and which I haven’t been using. The room has a closet, ceiling fan, and 2 windows. You will also have the second bathroom to yourself.
The backyard (~1/4 acre) is fenced and has a small deck off the back door, as well as a large shed for storage.
Internet (1 gig fiber) included in the rent.
Other utilities (water/gas/electric) to be split once I get the bill.
About the roomies
Currently it’s just myself and my dog. I’m a guy in my late 20’s. I’m usually at work, taking the dog out to the park, or playing video games. I don’t drink often and I don’t smoke. My dog is about 2, he’s ~70lbs, very playful and gets along great with people and other dogs.
