AMAZING COMPLEX AND CANT BEAT THE LOCATION!! Right by coors field, the battery on blake offers easy access on/off i25 and walking distance to some of the best bars in Denver!! Your room would be the one on the right on the floor plan. It’s an amazing space!! The managers and maintenance are kind, responsive, and quick to fix any issues!! The apartment does a lot of community outreach with $$ prizes! Amazing amenities!! The gym is very nice with dumbbells up to 100lbs, cardio machines, smith machine, cables, a leg curl/extension machine, lat pull-down machine, row machine, snowboard simulator, and a separate yoga room! There’s a lovely pool, courtyard, party room with billiards and tvs, work rooms for wfh, and large cafe room with free kcup coffee and creamer. All bills included in price (wifi, electric, water, parking)!!

I’m 26 year old teacher with 2 sweet sleepy cats! They love the living room and will try to cuddle if you let them or they’ll sit on the ottoman by your feet haha I enjoy a clean home and brighten it up with plants and art! I’m looking for open communication and mutual respect. The lease would be 5 months with an option to renew (I’m wanting to renew!!). My current roommate is moving back home with family. I’m flexible and open to negotiating. I have furniture but am ready for a rearrangement!
