New home in Whisper Valley in Manor, just 8 miles from Tesla. I bought this new home to use as a place to stay on my workdays at Tesla. It is super convenient. The neighborhood is built with sustainable living in mind. Naturally there is a car charger at the house and the pool/club house. The house is good size and there are two bedrooms, full bath and game room that is available upstairs. The Utility Room and kitchen would be shared. The new washer dryer is a one and done unit and super quiet. The garage space is not included but is negotiable. The stated rate is set for 1 bedroom.

I am a friendly, quiet, respectful of other’s space and privacy and easy to get along with. I am barely there (50% of the nights) and my wife even less so. Basically, I use it to sleep and shower between long shifts. We do have a cat but it would be a rare that she would be there. I am looking for a professional who would share the home and use it as I do.
