This house is in Riverview, it is 30 min from Tampa, close to Apollo Beach and Sarasota. JPMC and Citi are around 20 min drive so still an option if you can’t find something nearby those offices!
Master bedroom is kind of a studio of it’s own, it’s very spacious. I have provided queen bed with bed set and new mattress (still in plastic cover, ready to be opened by you!), it also has a night stand and large dresser. The room has a small closet and a large walk in closet in en suite huge bathroom. Bathroom has a luxurious feel to it with a separate large bath tub to reward yourself with a relaxing soothing bath after a long working day and also a stand in shower. The room justifies the price for it which is $1100
All utilities included in rent. New mattresses, new carpet, renovated home!
