Beautiful apartment right by lake Eustis. A block from the downtown hubbub! Lots of cute shops and coffee shops downtown. Near ferran park. 15 minute drive from downtown mt Dora. You would be staying in the master bedroom. Bathroom attached and walk-in closet. Very spacious for the area. Pictures are of furnished room/bathroom. Furnishings will not be included. Room will be cleaned and emptied upon arrival 😊

Looking for a short term roommate for my sister ASAP! She is 22 year old female with two kitties. Lease ends at the end of June 2024. Rent is $700 a month excluding utilities. You’re more than welcome to renew the lease if you’d like to stay, but my sister will be moving once it’s over.
