Neighborhood lake perfect for canoes, paddle boarding and fishing – catch and release. Lake has an assortment of wildlife ~ see photo Swans, ducks, geese, turtles… you can see the huge bass when they come in close to shore to sun themselves. A lovely area to walk, run or bike. There is a neighborhood pool right by the lake. Minutes to a grocery store, gas, pet store, banks, nail salon, eateries & ice cream.

Close to El Dorado Hills town Center for beverages, restaurants & live music. Also Target and movie theater.

Mercy Folsom Hospital is approx 7 miles away. Close to Highway 50 heading East

First off, I want to say that I would not consider you a roommate, but a housemate. I want you to enjoy this home as much as I do. It’s just me here. I am easy-going, happy, an avid gardener, and orchid grower. Grandmother of 4. Moved to this area 10 years ago from Kauai to help my daughter out with grandkids. Still helping out with the crazy sports schedule, baseball, basketball, football, and gymnastics. I have a very fluffy rescue cat, he is a ragamuffin… Yes, that is a type of cat. He was very neglected and he is just starting to come around after 7 months, he finally trusts me, but rarely comes out of the bedroom.
