About the room
Looking for someone to take over the remainder of my lease in a 2 bed 2 bath 1,108 sq ft apartment. Ideally by March 1st, Lease runs through 12/22/2024.
You would get Bedroom 2 which has a private on suite bathroom and walk in closet. The room will be unfurnished, I can include the ceiling fan which I had installed for $100.
This apartment has a large patio, is on the 2nd floor and has a garage attached to the unit.
Deposit is $350. Rent is $1750 per month. Utilities are not included, usually between $80-$100 per month
Located at Monte Vista Apartment homes, with 2 pools and hottubs, 3 community grills, recently renovated gym with sauna, package locker room and coworking space.
About the roomies
You would be sharing spaces with another girl and her dog. Please send me a bit about yourself and we can go from there
