Private room for rent, $1200 / Month FEB. Already Payed for +$500 Cash The Standard at Athens 600 N Thomas St., Athens, GA, 30601 1b/1b room in a apartment with one other roommate. I had to move due to personal reasons and I’m trying to find someone to take over my lease asap. I’ve already paid February and the entire unit has been fully cleaned and moved out of. I lived with this roommate for over a year now and they are very clean and quiet and share the common spaces well. The building itself is great with a great community and comes with lots of amenities including a pool, gym, rec room, sauna, yoga room, etc.
