We are looking for honest, responsible, respectful, quiet drama free person/persons to rent our extra room. Couples considered if they are secure, we dont fight, expect the same from tenant/tenants. Slight price increase for couple. Located on the north side of town in an older home recently remodeled. Large furnished, or unfurnished bedroom. House privileges include the use of laundry room, kitchen, living area, large backyard with inground pool. The room has two closets one is dedicated as a pantry area with a refrigerator. Nice built-in has cabinet/dresser/desk/shelf Shared bathroom, the shower, and tub will be tenant use only. Plenty of parking. Close to grocery store, pharmacy, gas station, and restaurants.

We are a couple in our 50s, together 33 yrs both recently disabled. To be honest, the cleanliness of the house suffers due to our disabilities at times and doesn’t always look as good as the pics. We are quiet, private, and drama free. We are Christians, but not religious radicals and by no means perfect. We are also constitutionalist, not bound by political parties. Just wanted to get that out of the way. It’s better to know that early on. She is friendly and talkative, He is very quiet and keeps to himself. We have an older dog and two cats. We don’t mind more animals as long as they get along with our pets are trained and preferably fixed. Our pets are our babies and need to feel secure in their home. We are tobacco users and cannabis friendly, absolutely no drugs! Alcohol is allowed in a controlled manner. The last tenant was evicted due to alcohol drama. We don’t mind guests for a day of swimming and barbecuing with notice, but no overnight guests, please. It would be a month to month rental. There will be a 30-day eviction if house rules are broken.
