The tenant will have a furnished room with a brand-new, space-saving Murphy Bed and mattress, as well as functional office furniture and storage space. The garage and shed have extra space for storage if needed. The bathroom is shared, as is the rest of the house. The spacious backyard is filled with fruit trees and is a relaxing space. The house is within short walking distance of a grocery store, retail, restaurant options, and a gym.

I work for the State of Florida and spend most of my weekdays in the office. I am gay and looking for a roommate for a spare bedroom. I am an introvert and do not have a lot of people over, so the house is usually quiet. I live by myself and some of my interests are gardening, video games, TV shows, working out, and traveling.
