Northwest 20th Avenue

the first 5 pictures are of the available room and the rest are showing common/communal spaces within the unit! Building is located right by multiple grocery stores, lots of public transportation, a large park, and a bunch of local businesses. Amazing spot to hop a bus or walk to the max ( 7min walk) for commutes. There is a deck thats connected to the apartment that only our unit has access to. Washer and dryer are in the building and rent includes water, sewage, and garbage. The living room and apartment in general is decorated with everyone’s taste as it’s home to 4 people and should feel like home for everyone.

Roommates are all queer individuals and have no tolerance for bigotry of any kind- good vibes only! They also ask that the new roommate is 420 friendly. Roommates are Jasmine- ( 27, pronouns she/they), who works with assistant living and is taking ceramics classes. Juno- (23, pronouns she/they), she works at a bookshop and has a passion for gaming, watching anime and reading captivating graphic novels and manga. Rikki- ( 20, any pronouns), works at a restaurant near the apartment and loves to thrift, decorate, and explore the area as they are still new to portland!
