Share 2nd floor modern,clean bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen.Downstairs powder room.Shared washer and dryer in basement. We keep a tidy house,looking for room mate for whom this is equally important. House is two blocks from River Line train.Five minutes to Tacony Palmyra and Betsy Ross bridges. Easy walking distance in safe and pleasant neighborhood to convenience stores, including locally owned fresh produce mini mart.Nice neighborhood dining establishments, with a wider array of shops and dining within ten minutes drive.Everything from a super Walmart and all the big chain corporates to a fab Turkish bakery,Brazilian cafe,Haitian restaurant ,top rated authentic Afghani kebabs,locally owned and operated stuff,there’s so much to explore around here. We are about two blocks from the river if you like to spend time near the water.Beautiful views down there.

We are two looking for a third room mate.We are quiet people who don’t watch tv.This is not a party house. We have both traveled internationally rather extensively and I lived abroad for a long portion of my life.We both have more of an international world view.
