Stacy Jo's room

This room is in a 2 bedroom duplex, shared with 1 person & 2 cats. Bedding & paint are new, comes with blinds, black out curtains, 2 fans, in room thermostat, everything in photos stays(some can be removed upon request). There is an additional closet in hall for storage. Kitchen is fully equipped, with separate spaces in fridge & cabinets for personal items as well as shared areas. There is a yard & its across the street from a park-like green space. Laundry facilities & eco friendly soap are provided. This is a single occupancy room, no couples, no kids & no additional pets please. This is a short term rental, weekly rates are available and no stay may be for greater than 6 months. Travelling nurses and people moving to or from the area have been the majority of renters thus far.

I am a 44 yr old female, i work in retail and am out of the house 9+ hr a day, wed-sun. When i’m home i cook, putter, read, clean & talk to my cats. I’ve had roommates most my life & am well versed at good roomie etiquette. The cats have pet doors to give them indoor/outdoor access, they have a separate room with ventilation for their food & litter, they are aggressively friendly. No other pets considered!
