Hi, I’m looking for a room to fill the big room in my apartment.

Would be responsible for half of the internet, water and electric.

Note that there is a 5 month old kitten that will be here on and off. No other cats or dogs please.

Age 27-40 preferred. Prefer 6 month+ lease.

Will require 1st months rent to move in, security deposit amount negotiable, pass a background check and credit check as well.

Available April 1st, 2024

1 bedroom available in a 2 bedroom apartment/duplex. Bedroom is 13.5x13.5 ft. 1 bathroom shared. (2nd bathroom only in the basement) Free Laundry.(1st floor) Weight lifting area. (1st floor) Backyard area.

First floor - Garage(not ours), laundry, 2nd bathroom, weight area and backyard access

Second floor - our apartment

Third floor - other apartment
