Small room available in a 4 bedroom, 2 bath double wide trailer home on private property. I am seeking a roommate for company and to help financially too. Rent plus 1/2 utilities, power and internet. Landlord requires application and fee of $30 which must be paid to them when meeting them. 4 wheel drive required, no smoking, no parties.

I am a 50s widower who has a house full of stuff to go through and get rid of some of it. I am lonely and would love to have a companion as a roommate. Someone to share dinners together, watch movies, maybe more. I could really use the company at nights especially.
