West Guadalupe Street

I’m looking for someone to move into my 2 bed/1 bath apartment at North Lamar and Guadalupe (Residences at the Triangle). It’s a nice mixed use apartment complex with many restaurants below, a Natural Grocers, Merit Coffee, along with things like a gym and pool. It’s also very close to UT and just a few minutes from 35 and Mopac.

I’m 33 years old, work from home on Tues, Thurs, Fridays (usually go to coffee shops), have a very adorable dog (see below), love to hike/camp/be outdoors, and clean. I’m also vegan so if you are too then that’d be a huge plus! I enjoy going out, meeting new people, taking long walks with my dog, but also staying home when rents coming up. I’m pretty liberal and don’t really have any issues with others as long as they’re being respectful. I should mention I’m more of a night person and stay up until 1 AM most nights but usually keep to my room. My dog’s a little skittish at first but as long as you give him treats I swear he’ll fall asleep in your lap during a movie 🙂 I’m looking for someone who enjoys a clean living space (don’t care how you keep your room), pays rent on time, and is looking to stay in this space for at least a year.
